INFORMATION AND PRICING

WHAT TO BRING, HOW TO DRESS, WHAT TO THINK ABOUT
Take seasick medication the night before if needed. Pack light. Arrive early. Take as few coolers as possible for your food and drink. Remember cameras, sunscreen, sunglasses, rubber soled shoes (avoid black soled shoes), hat, comfortable clothing and old rags or towels. Bring a spare container and leave it in your vehicle for your cleaned fish.

The Trip
We will leave on schedule. If possible you should check with the Captain the night before. It is a good time to discuss weather and departure time and ask any questions.

 

All bait and tackle is provided. You should bring your own food unless arrangements for catering the trip has been arranged. It is OK to feed the Captain and mate. Six rods are usually in use. The mate will demonstrate the proper use of the rod and reel, and teach you how to bait and set the hook.The mate will keep you in bait, gaff the fish, take fish off the hook, keep the fish on ice, keep the boat clean and orderly, and tends to your needs.

 

 WHEN YOU RETURN

The Captain and Mate will assist your party so you may take pictures of your catch and then the mate will take the fish to the cleaning station. Here the mate fillets and packages your fish if desired. Tipping the Capitan and mate is customary and well deserved for long hours of hard work.
